Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Code lives in your repositories, deployed to your accounts, and full ownership transfers on final payment. Your data never trains anyone else's product.
What do you build with?
Whatever fits the problem: Claude, GPT, or open-weight models you can self-host; your cloud or ours. We are model-agnostic on principle, because vendors change and your software should survive that.
How much of our time does this take?
One point person, roughly one to two hours a week: a weekly demo plus quick answers when we hit a domain question. Discovery week is heavier by design; that is when we learn your workflow.
What if we are not sure AI even fits our problem?
That is exactly what the discovery sprint answers. If the honest conclusion is that a boring script or a process change beats an AI system, the build plan says so, and it is still yours to keep.
Do you sign NDAs? What about our customers' data?
Mutual NDA before discovery, standard. Data access is scoped to what the build needs, processed in your environment wherever possible, with data-handling terms written into the agreement.
We already built something with an AI tool or another vendor. Can you take it over?
Yes. That is what Bring your own project is for. It starts with a fixed-fee teardown: we read the code, check security, licensing and ownership, and hand you a written assessment plus a fixed quote to reach production. You keep the assessment whatever you decide next.
Who is responsible for bugs that were there before you arrived?
The teardown documents the system's condition on arrival, so pre-existing defects are on the record before we touch anything. We fix what the remediation scope covers and quote separately for the rest; we never silently inherit an unbounded backlog.
